Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using LocalRank Pro ("Service") operated by LocalRank Pro ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
LocalRank Pro provides:
- Google Business Profile (GBP) health audits powered by Google Places API and AI
- Audit reports with health scores, grades, and recommendations
- GBP OAuth connection to sync real performance data (reviews, insights, keywords, posts)
- Client dashboard for managing audit history and GBP data
- AI-generated recommendations and content
- PDF report exports and shareable report links
3. User Accounts
- You must verify your email address to activate your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You may not create multiple accounts for the same individual or share account credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Plans and Usage Limits
Your access to features is determined by your plan:
- Free: 5 audits/month, 2 audits/day. No GBP connection. No shareable links.
- Free Trial (7 days): 30 audits/month, 5 audits/day, up to 3 GBP locations, 10 AI review replies/month, shareable links. Admin-approved, no credit card required. One trial per email address.
- Starter ($15/mo): 30 audits/month, 5 audits/day, 1 GBP location, 10 AI review replies/month, unlimited audit history, shareable links, monthly comparison reports.
- Growth ($30/mo): Everything in Starter, 3 GBP locations, 30 AI review replies/month, priority email support.
- Scale ($60/mo): Everything in Growth, 10 GBP locations, 50 AI review replies/month, bulk post scheduling.
- Agency: Unlimited locations, unlimited AI replies, white-label reports, team accounts, API access — not yet available for purchase.
We reserve the right to modify plan limits with 30 days notice to existing paid subscribers.
5. Billing, Subscriptions & Payments
LocalRank Pro offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
- Merchant of Record: All payment processing, tax calculation, and subscription billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, Inc.), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By purchasing a paid plan, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service. We never receive or store your payment card details.
- Subscriptions: Paid plans are software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscriptions granting access to LocalRank Pro's online platform. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment and continues for each billing period as long as the subscription is active.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain full access until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time, except within the 14-day money-back guarantee window (see our Refund Policy).
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
- Refunds: Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
6. Pro Trial
- Each email address is eligible for one 7-day Pro Trial, ever. Trial access may not be transferred.
- Trials are subject to admin approval. We reserve the right to decline trial requests without explanation.
- Upon trial expiry, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. Data is retained.
- Trial features (AI replies, GBP connection, shareable links) become inaccessible after expiry but synced data is preserved.
7. Google Business Profile Connection
- GBP connection requires your explicit OAuth authorization via Google.
- You may disconnect at any time from your dashboard. Disconnecting deletes all synced GBP data from our servers.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of GBP data complies with Google's Terms of Service.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Google LLC.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to audit businesses you do not own or have authorization to audit
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service at scale
- Circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or access controls
- Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful content
- Impersonate any person, business, or entity
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
9. AI-Generated Content
Audit recommendations, summaries, and AI-generated content are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. You should independently verify AI recommendations before acting on them.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content created by us, is owned by LocalRank Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you provide (business information, GBP data). You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide the Service.
Shareable audit reports may be shared with third parties. By sharing a report link, you consent to its public accessibility via that URL.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Audit scores or AI recommendations will improve your Google rankings
- GBP data synced via OAuth will be complete or up to date at all times
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCALRANK PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD if you are on the Free plan.
14. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- We may delete your account data after 30 days
- Sections 10, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes via email to registered users. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
